Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 July 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21 March 2025, I, Martha-ann-elizabeth Martin, 29 Clos-y-Eos South Cornelly Bridgend CF33 4RJ, Single and a British Citizen, under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of MARTHA ANN ELIZABETH MARTIN and assumed the name of Martha-ann-elizabeth Martin.
