Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 March 2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21 March 2025, I, AJYA SAPKOTA, 14 QUINBROOKES, SLOUGH, BERKSHIRE, SL2 5RX, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 6 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of AJYA MOKTAN and assumed the name of AJYA SAPKOTA.
