THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 82(2)(a) and (b), 83(1), 84(1)(a) and 124(1)(d) of and paragraph 27 of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in The Northern Times, dated 7th March 2025 and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 29089, dated 7th March 2025. The Order comes into force on Thursday 1st May 2025.
