Gazette Notice Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited as Trustee of the TCA Trust (the “Existing LP”) ceased to be a limited partner in G SQUARE CAPITAL II, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP017190 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 4 April 2025, by virtue of a transfer by the Existing LP of its entire interest in the Partnership to RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited as Trustee of the TCA Sub-Trust.
