Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16/03/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19/03/2025, I, ASHLEY VICTORIA BUTLER-WILLIS, 23 Oak Road Sleaford Lincolnshire NG34 7UF, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of ASHLEY VICTORIA WILLIS and assumed the name of ASHLEY VICTORIA BUTLER-WILLIS.
