Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19/06/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19/03/2025, I, JACK MASON GRIFFIN, 11 HONEYSUCKLE CLOSE, LEEGOMERY, TELFORD TF1 6RA, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of JACK MASON CORBETT and assumed the name of JACK MASON GRIFFIN.
