Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22/06/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18/03/2025, I, CAROLE ANN DANIEL, 12 Thorneyholme Drive, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 8BT, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of CAROLE ANN SIWEK and assumed the name of CAROLE ANN DANIEL.
