Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 10 April 2025 (the “Order”), John Dickinson (deceased) (IP Number 9342) (the “deceased office-holder”) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in Schedule A below and Joseph Colley (IP Number 21712) of CBW Recovery LLP, 4th Floor, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF (the “replacement office-holder”) was appointed as Office Holder in his place as specified below. All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.

The creditors in each of the block transfer cases listed in Schedule A be notified of the Order by way of one composite notice (the “Advertisement”) to be published in the Gazette within 21 days of receipt of the sealed Order.

Any creditor, who has an objection to the Order shall have 28 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to Court to set aside of vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases listed in Schedule A until further or other order by the Court.
