WEDCO GLOBAL VENTURES THREE LP

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that with effect on 29 April 2025, Wedco Global Ventures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. shall transfer its entire interest in Wedco Global Ventures Three LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number LP016207 to Wedco Global Ventures LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Wedco Global Ventures One LP) and Disney Enterprises Inc., pro rata to their holdings in Wedco Global Ventures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

As a result of such transfer Wedco Global Ventures (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. shall cease to be a partner in Wedco Global Ventures Three LP.
