Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 June 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25 March 2025, I, Rachael Kathleen Secci, Flat 4, Fullers Hill Farm Fullers Hill Amersham HP6 5RQ, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Rachael Kathleen Sivyer and assumed the name of Rachael Kathleen Secci.
