THE EALING (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 207) ORDER 2025; THE EALING (ACTON CENTRAL – ZONE K AND K1) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1, 2012) (AMENDMENT NO. 019) ORDER 2025; THE EALING (HANWELL TOWN CENTRE – ZONE OH) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1, 2021) (AMENDMENT NO. 003) ORDER 2025; THE EALING (SOUTHALL AREA 1) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1, 2003) (AMENDMENT NO. 055) ORDER 2025; THE EALING (WESLEY ESTATE – ZONE SS) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1, 2015) (AMENDMENT NO. 004) ORDER 2025; THE EALING (WEST EALING - ZONE WE) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1, 2017) (AMENDMENT NO. 003) ORDER 2025; THE EALING (ZONE E) (RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1, 2003) (AMENDMENT NO. 011) ORDER 2025.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, on 28 March 2025 made the above titled Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to: -
(a) designate disabled parking bays operational ‘at any time’ on lengths of: Adelaide Road, Southall; Church Road, Southall; Coldershaw Road, West Ealing; Endsleigh Road, Southall; Hammond Road, Southall; Harold Road, Park Royal; Hatfield Road, West Ealing; Humes Avenue, Hanwell; Lovell Road, Southall; Ribblesdale Avenue, Northolt; The Fairway, Acton; Vyner Road, Acton; West End Road, Southall;
(b) relocate the existing disabled bay outside No. 104 West End Road 2 metres south of that position;
(c) amend the existing permit parking places on lengths of Adelaide Road, Southall; Brunswick Gardens, Ealing; Church Road, Southall; Coldershaw Road, West Ealing; Endsleigh Road, Southall; Hammond Road, Southall; Hanbury Road, Acton; Harold Road, Park Royal; Hatfield Road, West Ealing; Humes Avenue, Hanwell; The Fairway, Acton; Tudor Road, Southall; Vyner Road, Acton; West End Road, Southall, to facilitate the installing of the proposed disabled bays.
3. The proposals for Brunswick Gardens, Ealing and Hanbury Road, Acton, have been abandoned.
4. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 1 May 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
