WEDCO GLOBAL VENTURES THREE LP

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnership Act 1097 that with effect on 30 April 2025, Disney Enterprises, Inc. shall transfer its entire interest in Wedco Global Ventures Three LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number LP016207 to Wedco International Holdings, Inc.

As a result of such transfer Disney Enterprises, Inc. shall cease to be a partner in Wedco Global Ventures Three LP.
