Notice is given under rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Michael Gillard the Liquidator to the creditors of the Company that I intend to declare a first interim dividend to the preferential creditors within two months of the last date of proving as specified below.

Preferential creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 30 May 2025 the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson, Scope House, Weston Road, Crewe, CW1 6DD and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A preferential creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it. No further advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
