Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11 September 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24 March 2025, I, Bethany Jayne Hurt, 1 Hylton Castle Road, Castletown, Sunderland SR5 3EF, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Bethany Jayne Legge and assumed the name of Bethany Jayne Hurt.
