Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 December 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 March 2025, I, Jake Peter Clwydwyn Samuel, Flat 3, 23 Burstock Road, Putney, London SW15 2PW, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jake Peter Samuel and assumed the name of Jake Peter Clwydwyn Samuel.
