Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 July 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 March 2025, I, Shazad Bari, 12 Daffil Road, Leeds, LS27 7PZ, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Shazad Uddin Bari and assumed the name of Shazad Bari.
