A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at 749 High Road, Ilford, IG3 8RN, presented on 4 April 2025, by BCA VEHICLE FINANCE LIMITED, Auction Centre, Blackbushe Airport, Blackwater, Camberley, GU17 9LG, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Chancery Division, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 21 May 2025 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 20 May 2025.
