Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 April 2025, Epidarex Capital I, LP (the “Transferring Limited Partner”) transferred to Canon Marketing Japan Inc. (the “First New Limited Partner”), 27.1788% of its interest held in EPX II Co-Invest LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL034351 and that with effect from 30 April 2025, the First New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 April 2025, Epidarex Capital I, LP (the “Transferring Limited Partner”) transferred to Fukuda Denshi Co., Ltd (the “Second New Limited Partner”) 28.1833% of its interest held in EPX II Co-Invest LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL034351 and that with effect from 30 April 2025, the Second New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 April 2025, Epidarex Capital I, LP (the “Transferring Limited Partner”) transferred to Medinet Co., Ltd, (the “Third New Limited Partner”) 16.2346% of its interest held in EPX II Co-Invest LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL034351 and that with effect from 30 April 2025, the Third New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 April 2025, Epidarex Capital I, LP (the “Transferring Limited Partner”) transferred to Sinclair Dunlop (the “Fourth New Limited Partner”) 13.5894% of its interest held in EPX II Co-Invest LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL034351 and that with effect from 30 April 2025, the Fourth New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 April 2025, Epidarex Capital I, LP (the “Transferring Limited Partner”) transferred to Kyparissia Sirinakis (the “Fifth New Limited Partner”) 13.5894% of its interest held in EPX II Co-Invest LP the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL034351 and that with effect from 30 April 2025, the Fifth New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 April 2025, Epidarex Capital I, LP (the “Transferring Limited Partner”) transferred to Epidarex Capital Partners LP (the “Sixth New Limited Partner”) 1.2245% of its interest held in EPX II Co-Invest LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL034351 and that with effect from 30 April 2025, the Sixth New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
