ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA
STREET TRADING LICENCES
NEW STANDARD CONDITIONS
NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 27(4)
LONDON LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT 1990
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea propose to make regulations prescribing revised standard conditions to be attached to Street Trading Licences issued under Part III of the London Local Authorities Act 1990. It is proposed that the revised standard conditions will be attached to any licences granted or renewed on or after the 30th of June 2025.
It is proposed that the regulations be made by the Environment Select Committee adopting the following draft resolution:
“The Revised Standard Conditions for Street Traders set out below be prescribed pursuant to Section 27(3) of the London Local Authorities Act 1990 and be known as the “The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Street Trading Licences Standard Conditions 2025”.”

Any representations in relation to the proposed standard conditions should be submitted in writing to The Director for Cleaner, Greener and Leisure Services, Mr Terry Oliver, Street Trading Office, 72 Tavistock Road, London W11 1AN by Friday 6th June 2025.
