Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 September 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 March 2025, I, Louise Jane D'Amore, 22 Meadow Road Worcester WR3 7PP, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Louise Jane Carlin and assumed the name of Louise Jane D'Amore.
