Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22-02-2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 28-03-2025, I, William Michael Cooper-Maycock, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of William Michael Maycock and assumed the name of William Michael Cooper-Maycock.
