Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 August 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 31 March 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Ellis Michael Lee-Porter who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ellis Michael Lee and assumed the name of Ellis Michael Lee-Porter.
