Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 December 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 31 March 2025, I, Ali Bellatrix Higgs, 10 Whitecross Gardens, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO2 0UG, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Isabelle Beatrice Meccano-Thomas and assumed the name of Ali Bellatrix Higgs.
