A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Bill's Supermarket Ltd (07328597) of Bill's Supermarket, Midland Road, Nuneaton, West Midlands CV11 5DZ, whose nature of business is 47250 - Retail sale of beverages in specialised stores, presented on Wednesday 30 April 2025, at 12:00 by CO-OP WHOLESALE LIMITED (FORMERLY NISA RETAIL LIMITED), of Member Support Centre, Waldo Way, Normanby Enterprise Park, Scunthorpe DN15 9GE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, Rcj Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 18 June 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
