Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 April 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 1 April 2025, I, Jacqueline Lesley Kelly, 5 Marker's Park, Payhembury, Honiton, Devon EX14 3NL, Widowed and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jacqueline Lesley Judd and assumed the name of Jacqueline Lesley Kelly.
