Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 November 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 2 April 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Teddy Matthew Arthur Elmer-Ebsworth who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Teddy Matthew Arthur Ebsworth and assumed the name of Teddy Matthew Arthur Elmer-Ebsworth.
