The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.10) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of a length of footway to the east of Wretton Road at Stoke Ferry, in the Borough of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk. This is to enable development as permitted by King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council under reference 21/01415/F.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5454). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Kings Lynn & West Norfolk, Kings Court, Chapel Street, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 1EX.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 16 May 2025.
