THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.286) ORDER 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th May 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the orders will be to introduce Dockless cycle hire bays in the following locations;
| Road Name | Location |
| Atherden Road | 2.9m northeast of the extended building line of 1 Atherden Road, replacing 5m of a permit holder's bay. |
| Detmold Road | 4.0m south of the extended building line of no 2 Detmold Road, replacing 5m of a shared use bay. |
| Ferncliff Road | 5.0m northwest from the extended building wall line of number 11 Beeston Close, replacing 5m of a residents permit bay. |
| Gore Road | 1.7m east from the extended boundary line of no 62/63 (on the opposite side of the road), next to the existing hangar, replacing 5m of a permit holder’s bay. |
| Handley Road | 0.7m south of the extended building line of no 147 Victoria Park Road, replacing 5m of a permit holder’s bay. |
| Horton Road | 12m south of the extended boundary line of no 40/41, replacing 5m of a residents permit bay. |
| King Edward's Road | 6.1m west of the extended building line of no 78 next to the existing hangar, replacing 5m of a permit holder's bay. |
| Lammas Walk | 1.3m from the junction with Penshurst Road, replacing 5m of a permit holder’s bay of 5.4m. |
| Morpeth Road | 7.2m east from the junction with Skipworth road, replacing 5m of a permit holder’s bay. |
| Navarino Road | 10m south of the boundary line of no 45/45A Navarino Road, replacing 5m of a residents permit bay. |
| Northiam Street | 7.1m south of the northern building line of no 68-96 Northiam street, replacing 5m of a permit bay. |
| Primrose Square | 9.1m west of the extended building line of New Kingshold community centre, replacing 5m of a shared use bay. |
| Skipworth Road | 1.9m north of the extended building line of no 84 Victoria Park Road, replacing 5m of a permit bay. |
| Thistlewaite Road | 5.4m west of the extended building line of no 1 Thistlewaite Road next to the existing cycle hangar, replacing 7m of a permit bay. |
| Wetherell Road | 1.5m southwest of the extended building line of 13 /14, replacing 5m of a permit bay. |
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 19th May 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made by email request to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only (email address above).
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, may appeal to the High Court.
