On Tuesday 3rd June 2025, an application will be made on behalf of the Chief Constable of West Midlands Police to Birmingham Magistrates Court for an Order for the Forfeiture of £2,924.81 cash, seized from an unknown male believed to be called Saaqib MUHAMMED of an address unknown, originally seized under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act on 10th September 2024 within the area of the West Midlands. Later seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act on Monday 14th May 2025.

The West Midlands Police, Illicit Cash Team believe that the funds (plus interest accrued) or part thereof is:

a) Recoverable property; and or

b) Is intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct

Any person with an interest in the cash may object to the proposed forfeiture. Any such objection should be sent in writing to:

If no objection is received, the forfeiture of the detained cash will proceed on 3rd June 2025 and no further notice will be given.
