Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/07/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 08/05/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of TYLER KYAN HOLMES who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of TYLER KYAN DAVIES and assumed the name of TYLER KYAN HOLMES.
