Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 03/05/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 09/05/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Zachary George Capitolino who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Zachary George Lamborn and assumed the name of Zachary George Capitolino.
