Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20/01/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 06/05/2025, I, Ewelina Nots, 81 Haycroft Street Grimsby DN31 2HR, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ewelina Niecikowska and assumed the name of Ewelina Nots.
