A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situated at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU presented on 20 January 2025 (and amended pursuant to an order granted by District Judge Royle on 13 May 2025) by Stewart Interiors Scotland Ltd whose address is 15 Main Street, Campbeltown, Scotland, PA28 6AD claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on 10 June 2025 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
