A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Unit 1 Coal Orchard, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1AE, presented on 22 April 2025, by FAIRFAX MEADOW EUROPE LIMITED of 6 Newmarket Drive, Derby, DE24 8SW, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Royal Courts of Justice, Insolvency & Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on 11 June 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 10 June 2025.
