Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14/07/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/05/2025, I, Rae Bethany Seaforth, 19 Carrfield Road Sheffield S8 9SA, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Rae Bethany Garforth and assumed the name of Rae Bethany Seaforth.
