Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17/02/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/05/2025, I, JACK RICHARD WYNCH FALKNER, Parsonage Farm House South Barrow Yeovil Somerset BA22 7LF, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of RICHARD JACK WYNCH FALKNER and assumed the name of JACK RICHARD WYNCH FALKNER.
