Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12/05/2025, I, Sarah-helen Meloy, 62 Tenter Balk Lane Adwick-le-Street Doncaster DN6 7EF, Single and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sarah Helen Meloy and assumed the name of Sarah-helen Meloy.
