Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16/03/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12/05/2025, I, Samantha Leigh Bradly, 52A Windermere Road Holland-on-Sea Essex CO15 5BT, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Samantha Leigh Munt and assumed the name of Samantha Leigh Bradly.
