The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.20) Order 2025" authorising stopping up the whole of the unnamed highway as leads off Barford at Stony Stratford, in the City of Milton Keynes. This is to enable development as permitted by Milton Keynes City Council, under reference 24/00647/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5988). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Stony Stratford Library, 5-7 Church Street, Stoney Stratford, Milton Keynes, MK11 1BD.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 5 June 2025.
