The Ballylumford Power Pension Scheme was established by deed dated 30 March 1992.

Notice is hereby given under section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 that the Trustees of the Scheme are winding up the Scheme following securing the benefits for all members of the Scheme to Rothesay Life plc.

The Trustees believe they have identified everyone with a right to benefits under the Scheme. If you believe you may be entitled to benefits from or have an interest in the Scheme and you have not previously been contacted by the Trustees, please write to the Trustees c/o Dalriada Trustees Limited at

When contacting the Trustees please provide your full name, any former names by which you may have been known, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when you were a member of the Scheme or details of the basis of your claim. Details must be provided within two months from 13 June 2025.

After the expiry of the two-month period, the Trustees will wind-up the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim they have not had notice. Members of the Scheme and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustees or the administrator are already in contact need not respond to this notice since their interests have already been noted.
