NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on 4 June 2025, in an application by Renewi plc, a public limited company incorporated in Scotland with company number SC077438 and having its registered office at 16 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh EH2 4DF (the "Company"), an order was pronounced by the Court of Session in Edinburgh, Scotland sanctioning a scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 between the Company and the holders of Scheme Shares (as defined in the Scheme). A certified copy of that order was delivered to the Registrar of Companies for Scotland on 6 June 2025, together with a certified copy of the Scheme. Upon delivery of the said order the Scheme became effective in accordance with its terms.
