Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 November 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23 April 2025, I, Sarah-Jayne Stent, 46 Larkfield Park, Chepstow, Monmouthshire NP16 5QY, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sarah-Jayne Blatchly and assumed the name of Sarah-Jayne Stent.
