The Trustees of TBT UK Limited Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme (the Scheme) hereby give notice that the Scheme is in the process of winding-up. The Trustees have already discharged the scheme benefits. Announcements regarding the winding-up process have been posted to all known Members of the Scheme. The Trustees of the Scheme urge that all persons having any claim or demands upon or against the assets of the Scheme, or an entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the Scheme, which is to be wound up by the Trustees should write setting out details of their claim to: The Trustees of the TBT UK Limited and Death Benefit Scheme, jackie@tbtuk.com, within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. The Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme, having regard only as to the claims of which written notice shall have been received by the Trustees and the interest of those Members of the Scheme of whom they have knowledge, and will not be liable to any other person.
