Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that the Company was placed into Creditors` Voluntary Liquidation (Insolvent Liquidation) and Stuart Kelly and Claire Harsley of SPK Financial Solutions

Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Prescot, Liverpool, L35 1SF were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 17 June 2025.

Notice is further given, that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 15 August 2025 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at SPK Financial Solutions Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Prescot, Liverpool, L35 1SF.
