1. In this Notice the following shall apply:

Property/Asset Lease dated the 21 November 2022 and made between Claremont Property Group (1) and Visantium PLC (2)

Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of His Majesty's Treasury of 1 Ruskin Square, Croydon CR0 2WF (DX 325801 Croydon 51)

2. The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom Lease dated the 21 November 2022 and made between Claremont Property Group (1) and Visantium PLC (2) vested upon dissolution of the company registered in Poland) hereby disclaims the Crown's title (if any) in Lease dated the 21 November 2022 and made between Claremont Property Group (1) and Visantium PLC (2) the vesting of which having come to her notice on 3 October 2024.
