THE CALANAIS LIMITED TRANSFERRED EMPLOYEES PENSION

SCHEME IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Please read this notice carefully if you were employed by SAIC Limited (now known as Wipro UK Limited) or SAIC Calanais Limited in East Kilbride, Glasgow or Deeside between 27 December 2000 and 31 March 2010 and were, or think you might have been, a member of the Company pension scheme.

The Trustee of the Calanais Limited Transferred Employees Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby gives notice for the purpose of Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme will shortly be wound up. The Trustee wishes to trace any persons who believe that they may have a claim against, or any right to benefits from, or interest in the Scheme and have not received correspondence by post from the Trustee regarding the buyout of their benefits with an insurer.

If you believe that you have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the Scheme, and you have not been contacted by the Trustee about the wind up of the Scheme, it is important that you contact the Trustee in writing at:

The Trustee of the Calanais Limited

Transferred Employees Pension Scheme

C/o Hymans Robertson LLP

PO Box 27170

GLASGOW

G2 9NF

Alternatively, you can email the Trustee at CalanaisPensions@hymans.co.uk.

Please provide full details of your claim and any benefits that you think you are entitled to, and include your full name, address, date of birth and National Insurance Number.

If you want to make a claim, you must contact the Trustee by 24th August 2025.

Two months from the date of this notice, the Trustee will distribute any remaining assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to those persons whose claims and entitlements the Trustee has notice of and wind up the Scheme. If you do not contact the Trustee regarding any claim within this period, the Trustee will not be liable for any claim you make regarding the Scheme.

You do not need to contact the Trustee if you have received correspondence from the Trustee regarding the buyout and wind up, or if you have transferred your Scheme entitlement to another pension scheme or arrangement.
