THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 1(1)(a) and 1(1)(c), 2(1) and 2(2) of and paragraph 27 schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in The Inverness Courier dated 25 April 2025 and The Edinburgh Gazette, dated 25 April 2025 Issue number 4873249. The Order comes into force on 30 June 2025.

A copy of the Order as made and the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge until 31 July 2025 at the offices of Transport Scotland, 177 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7ER. These will also be displayed at Kyle Mace Store and Post Office, 3-4 Station Road, Kyle of Lochalsh, IV40 8AE and Hector’s Bothy, Station Road, Kyle of Lochalsh, IV40 8AE.
