Under the powers of the said Act the following changes were adopted to the Newland Park Conservation Area on the 28 April 2025:

• Publication of a new Character Appraisal and Management Plan.

• Boundary Amendments – Including the removal of the following properties from the designated boundary:

• Nos. 406, 408, 420, 422, 426, 430, 432, 434, 436, 438, 440, 442, 444, 446, 448, 450, 456, 458, 460, 462, 464 Chanterlands Avenue.

• Nos. 1, 2, 3 Mansfield Court

• Nos. 215 and 217 Cottingham Road.
