THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.293) ORDER 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20th of June 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the orders will be as to introduce cycle hangars in the following locations:

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 14th July 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made by email request to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, may appeal to the High Court.
