A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 09904660) of Office 71 24-28 St. Leonards Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 3BB (formerly of Amerden Caravan Park Old Marsh Lane, Taplow, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 0EE) presented on 22 May 2025 by QUANTUM FUNDING LIMITED of Reading International Business Park, Reading, RG2 6AA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 9 July 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
